| Xcorporeal, Inc. (Amex:
XCR) announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX). The Company's shares are expected to begin trading on the AMEX at the opening of the stock market on Friday, December 7th, under the ticker symbol "XCR."
The AMEX listing approval is contingent upon the Company being in compliance with all applicable listing standards on the date it begins trading on the AMEX, and may be rescinded if the Company is not in compliance with such
standards.
In our opinion, an Amex listing could set the stage for XCPL to explode. Chairman, Terren Peizer, has been a Director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hythiam, Inc., a healthcare services management company focused on delivering solutions for those suffering from alcoholism and other substance dependencies, since September 2003.
